Muito facil seria queixarmo-nos da falta de sorte ou "normalidade" das ocorrencias desta viagem a Roma, tudo correu mal. A chegada á cidade italiana deu continuidade ao roliço que começou em Lisboa com a não convocação de Stojkovic devido a atraso no regresso dos trabalhos da selecção Servia.
Voltamos um pouco atrás, e falo do jogo com o fátima e pergunto, afinal para que serviu a rotatividade ?? Pois para nada.. Espero que finalmente o Paulo Bento tenha ficado esclarecido que não tem plantel para modernices como a rotatividade.( temos um resultado a rectificar em Fátima, mas tudo a seu tempo).
De regresso a Roma, começou o desvaneio com a greve dos Aeroportos italianos a fazerem com que não fosse possivel efectuar o treino de adaptação ao olimpico de Roma, acabariamos por desentorpecer as pernas no dia do jogo (hoje ).
No aquecimento do jogo perdemos o unico defesa com classe que efectivamente temos , o Polga, ou seja, a partir daqui houve remendos, nos quais se percebeu o quanto Paulo Bento conta com gladstone.. ao colocar o Miguel Veloso a central.. com esta medida perdemos qualidade muitissimo importante no meio campo, perdemos a referencia.
Inicio do jogo e primeira franganada do Tiago( efectivamente ganhámos algo com a mão pesada sobre o Stojkovic? vamos ver...), O liedson deu-nos uma alegriazinha, mas fomos nitidamente inferiores no competo global com esta Roma sem Totti em grande parte do jogo.
Nem tudo foi mau para o Tiago( defendeu um Penalti esquesito..), mas os pontapés para a bancada com a equipa a perder..valha-nos Deus..
Paulo bento teve tambem um jogo fraquinho nas substituições ao meter o Paredes, Celsinho e Purovic.. sem ter estruturado a equipa para Veloso jogar no meio campo..
Derrota justa, fomos inferiores, sobretudo a partir do momento em que estivemos pela 2ªvez em desvantagem e necessitámos de mexer na equipa e constatamos o obvio, não temos jogadores que vindos do banco dêem continuidade a algum bom jogo de sobretudo 8/9 jogadores de algum nivel que o sporting têm.. ( Abel, ao nivel interno;Polga, imprescindivel;Tonel, serve..; Miguel Veloso; Moutinho; Vukcevic; Izmailov;Romagnoli e Liedson).. o resto não dá para mais mesmo...
A politica de vendermos o melhorzinho e ir buscar 4/5 emprestados ou a custo zero tem feito diminuir muito o nivel do plantel e de notar que assim se torna impossivel sequer ponderar objectivos como são a passagem á proxima fase da liga milionária.. esta filosofia tem de ser repensada... ou não passamos de equipa da 2ª divisão europeia.
